Selection of submersible pumps:
In order to choose and use submersible pumps reasonably, you need to understand the following:
1. The power supply is 50HZ, 380V three-phase AC power supply.
2. The water temperature is not higher than 20℃
3. The solid content in water (by mass) is not more than 0.01%.
4. The pH value of water is 6.5-8.5.
5. The content of chloride ion in water is not more than 400mg/L.
When selecting a submersible electric pump, the flow rate, head and outer diameter of the unit should be determined according to the water inflow, depth and diameter of the well. The water influx of the well should meet the requirements of the electric pump flow rate to ensure that the electric pump is completely immersed in the water during operation.
The choice of power supply:
In order to ensure the smooth start of the electric pump, the matching capacity of the transformer must be greater than or equal to twice the motor power (absolute value), and the distance of the transformer from the wellhead position should be shortened as much as possible to reduce the voltage reduction of the line.
Structural features:
1. Water pump part: located at the upper end of the electric pump, in the form of a centrifugal type, using water-lubricated bearings, rigidly connected to the motor with a coupling. A check valve body is provided on the upper end of the water pump to prevent the working parts from being damaged by the backflow water in the water pipe when the electric pump is stopped. The valve has a drain hole, which can slowly release the water in the pipeline to prevent the pipeline from freezing and cracking in winter. (Note: The low-lift submersible pump does not have a check valve body)
2. Motor part: Located at the lower end of the electric pump, it is a closed water-filled wet structure. Stator windings are made of polyethylene insulated, nylon sheathed multilayer structure water-resistant electromagnetic wires, and the guide bearings and thrust bearings are made of water-lubricated materials. The inner cavity of the motor is filled with clean water for cooling and lubrication. The bottom of the motor is equipped with a pressure regulating film to adjust the expansion and contraction pressure difference of the water in the body caused by the temperature rise of the motor. The upper shaft of the motor is equipped with a sand control mechanism to prevent sediment from entering the body.
