In order to meet the needs of domestic and foreign markets, the efficiency of the YE3 series motors produced by our company fully meets the GB18613-2012 level 2 energy efficiency or IEC60034-30 level 3 energy efficiency regulations, and the technical level reaches the domestic leading level. And obtained the "China Energy Conservation Product Certification" and "China National Compulsory Product Certification (CCC) Certificate" issued by the China Quality Certification Center (CQC) and the "CE Certification" certificate issued by the EU Safety Certification Agency.

Conditions of Use:

[Power condition] Voltage fluctuation within ±5% (short-term allowable fluctuation ±10%); frequency fluctuation within ±2% (short-term allowable fluctuation ±5%). The motor and frequency fluctuate within ±5% at the same time, and the frequency fluctuation does not exceed ±2%.

[Place of use] Do not use in environments containing flammable gases, chemically corrosive gases, or other harmful gases (except motors for special environments).

[Environmental temperature] The ambient temperature changes with the seasons, but the highest temperature does not exceed +40℃ and the lowest temperature does not exceed -15℃ (except for special ring motors)

[Altitude] Not more than 1000m (except high altitude motor)

[Transmission mode] It is allowed to adopt elastic coupling, spur gear and pulley transmission

[Rotation direction] clockwise (default), counterclockwise (order needs to be explained)

[Start mode] Direct start, Y/△ start, buck start, frequency conversion start, etc.

Features:

1. Suitable for machinery in general places and without special requirements, such as metal cutting machine tools, pumps, fans, transport machinery, mixers, agricultural machinery, food machinery, etc.

2. The efficiency of this series of motors reaches the level 2 energy efficiency standard of GB18613-2012 "Limited Values and Levels of Energy Efficiency of Small and Medium-sized Motors". Compared with the corresponding specifications of the YX3 series, the efficiency is increased by an average of 2%-3%; compared with the corresponding specifications of the ordinary Y2 series, the efficiency is increased by an average of about 10%; and the efficiency characteristics are relatively flat within the load range of 50-100%.

3. The installation size and power level fully comply with the IEC standard and DIN42673 standard, and the cooling method is IC411.

4. Protection class IP55, dust-proof and splash-proof water in cast iron shell, optimized structure, in line with international standards, safe operation is guaranteed

5. Class F insulation is adopted, which has high heat resistance, strong impact resistance, long insulation life, and can be competent in harsh environments.

This series of motors has obtained China Energy-Saving Product Certification, China Compulsory Certification Product Certificate (CCC Certification), and EU CE Safety Certification, and the products have been selected into the fifth and sixth batches of the Ministry of Finance and the National Development and Reform Commission "Energy-saving Huimin High-efficiency Motor Promotion Enterprise table of Contents". At the same time, the products obtained the first batch of "low-carbon product certifications" in China and were selected into the "Recommended Catalog of Energy-Saving Electromechanical Equipment (Products) by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (the fifth batch)" at the end of 2014.
