The LY pump is suitable for conveying liquids with high phosphoric acid concentration, and the specific requirements are 1.1~ 2.0. Liquid phase H3P04 = 10~ 50% (a small amount of F-1 and cl-1); solid phase CaS04 ≤ 2~ 3%, there are two structural forms without liquid outlet pipe (type I), with fixed liquid outlet pipe (type Il). Suspension depth (length of the lower part of the liquid) has specifications such as 700, 1200, 1700, 1900 (mm).
LJY pump is suitable for conveying phosphoric acid slurry and ammonium phosphate slurry. The requirements for the medium are 10-20 specific gravity; liquid phase H3P04; solid phase CaS04? 2H20; liquid-solid ratio 3:1. The suspension depth of the pump is 1000, 1300, 1400, 1500 (mm) and other specifications.
The main manufacturing material of LY and LJY pumps is the new material F7, which is resistant to phosphoric acid corrosion, and the pump life can reach 6000 hours.
