KYN61-40.5 High Voltage Switchgear Overview

KYN61-40.5 (Z) type high voltage switchgear is a complete set of indoor power distribution devices with three-phase AC 50Hz and rated voltage of 40.5KV. As a power plant, substation and industrial and mining enterprises to accept and distribute electric energy, it plays the functions of control, protection and detection of the circuit.

KYN61-40.5 Structure Description of High Voltage Switchgear

The KYN61-40.5 high-voltage switchgear produced by Shandong Jieyuan Electric joint stock company is designed in accordance with GB3906 and IEC298 standards. The whole cabinet is composed of a cabinet and extractable parts (handcart). The cabinet structure is assembled by applying aluminum-zinc plate or galvanized plate with bolts. KYN61-40.5 high-voltage switchgear is divided into circuit breaker room, busbar room, cable room and instrument room. All metal components can be reliably grounded, and each compartment of the main circuit system has an independent pressure release channel.

The interlocking between the main switch, handcart, and switch cabinet doors adopts a mandatory mechanical locking method to meet the "five defenses" function; the cable interior space is abundant and multiple cables can be connected; the quick grounding switch is used for grounding and circuit short circuit;

6. The shell protection grade is IP3X, the handcart compartment door is open and the protection grade between each compartment is IP2X.
