1. Start
(A) Before the pump is connected, determine whether the rotation direction of the motor is correct and whether the rotation of the pump is flexible (or check the motor steering after the pump is filled with water, and it is strictly forbidden to idle without water in the pump)
(B) close the gate valve on the discharge line.
(C) Fill the pump with water, or use a vacuum pump to divert water.
(D) Turn on the power supply. When the pump reaches normal speed, gradually open the gate valve on the discharge line and adjust it to the required working conditions. When the gate valve on the discharge pipe is closed, the continuous operation time of the pump should not exceed 3 minutes.
2. Stop
(A) Gradually close the gate valve on the discharge line and cut off the power supply.
(B) If the ambient temperature is lower than 0 ° C, the water in the pump should be released to avoid freezing and cracking.
(C) If the use is stopped for a long time, the pump should be disassembled, cleaned, oiled, packaged and kept.
3. Operation
(A) During starting and running, it is necessary to pay attention to whether the meter readings, bearing temperature rise, packing drip and temperature rise, and pump vibration and noise are normal. If abnormal conditions are found, they should be dealt with in time.
(B) The difference between the bearing temperature and the ambient temperature does not exceed 40 ° C, and the maximum bearing temperature rise is not more than 80 ° C
(C) Filler leakage should be small and uniform.
(D) The bearing oil level should be kept in the normal position, not too high or too low, and lubricating oil should be replenished in time when it is too low.
(E) If the gap between the sealing ring and the impeller is too worn, a new sealing ring should be replaced (the diameter gap of the new pump is about 0.15~ 0.25mm)
(F) The pump should be operated as close as possible to the performance point (flow, head, etc.) specified on the nameplate, so that the pump can work in the high-efficiency area for a long time to achieve the maximum energy saving effect.
