YS series three-phase asynchronous motor manufacturers share motors with you, which are classified as follows:
The motor is widely used and has a wide variety. We generally refer to the classification of the motor to distinguish the motor for buying and selling. The motor is classified in detail as follows:
1. Divided according to the type of working power supply: it can be divided into DC motor and AC motor.
DC motors can be divided according to the structure and principle: brushless DC motors and brushless DC motors.
Brushed DC motors can be divided into permanent magnet DC motors and electromagnetic DC motors.
Electromagnetic DC motor division: series excitation DC motor, parallel excitation DC motor, separately excitation DC motor and compound excitation DC motor.
Permanent magnet DC motor division: permanent magnet material DC motor, ferrite permanent magnet DC motor and aluminum-nickel-cobalt permanent magnet DC motor.
Among them, AC motors can also be divided into: single-phase motors and three-phase motors.
2. According to the structure and principle: it can be divided into DC motor, asynchronous motor and synchronous motor.
Synchronous motors can be divided into permanent magnet synchronous motors, reluctance synchronous motors and hysteresis synchronous motors.
The asynchronous motor can be divided into: induction motor and AC commutator motor.
Induction motor can be divided into three-phase asynchronous motor, single-phase asynchronous motor and cover pole asynchronous motor.
AC commutator motors can be divided into single-phase series excitation motors, AC and DC dual-purpose motors and repulsive motors.
3. Divided by start-up and operation mode: capacitor-start single-phase asynchronous motor, capacitor-run single-phase asynchronous motor, capacitor-start-run single-phase asynchronous motor and split-phase single-phase asynchronous motor.
4. Division by use: drive motor and control motor.
Driving motor division: motors for pneumatic tools (including punching, polishing, polishing, grooving, cutting, reaming and other tools), home appliances (including clothes machines, fans, refrigerators, air conditioners, recorders, camcorders, DVD players, Vacuum cleaners, cameras, hair dryers, electric razors, etc.) motors and other general-purpose small mechanical equipment (including various small machine tools, small machines, medical machinery, instrumentation, etc.) motors.
Control motors are divided into stepper motors and servo motors.
5. According to the structure of the rotor: cage induction motor (the old specification is called squirrel cage asynchronous motor) and wound rotor induction motor (the old specification is called wound asynchronous motor).
6. Divided according to the running speed: fast motor, low-speed motor, constant-speed motor, speed-regulating motor. Low-speed motor is divided into gear motor, electromagnetic motor, torque motor and claw pole synchronous motor, etc.
In addition to the stepless constant speed motor, stepless constant speed motor, stepless speed motor and stepless variable speed motor, the speed regulating motor can also be divided into electromagnetic speed regulating motor, DC speed regulating motor, PWM frequency conversion speed regulating motor and switched reluctance speed regulating motor.
The rotor speed of the asynchronous motor has been slightly lower than the synchronous speed of the rotating magnetic field.
The rotor speed of the synchronous motor has nothing to do with the load size and continues to maintain the synchronous speed.
