Submersible pump is a complete set of equipment for extracting groundwater from deep wells, and is widely used in farmland irrigation, supply and drainage of industrial and mining enterprises, and livestock water in plateaus and mountainous areas.
The submersible pump has a compact structure, convenient installation and easy use. It is located underwater as a whole when working. The running noise disappears underwater, and the unit noise is almost inaudible, which greatly improves the working environment. At the same time, the motor runs underwater with good heat dissipation conditions, which can improve the efficiency of the motor and prolong the service life of the motor. It is widely used in farmland irrigation, sewage removal and drinking water transportation. Now the development trend of submersible pumps is to diversify functions and be more efficient and energy-saving, so it is very important to buy a submersible pump.
Precautions for purchasing submersible pumps
1. When purchasing a submersible pump, you must first recognize the manufacturer of the submersible pump. When choosing the pump, you must first see the brand and product certificate clearly. You cannot buy "three no" products, that is, no manufacturer, no production date, and no production license.
2. The diameter of the deep well pump must match the diameter of the well body. In order to make the deep well pump go up and down smoothly, the groundwater has space to be quickly collected during pumping, and the operation and wear of the pump can be reduced without resistance. The diameter of the well body is required to be larger than the maximum diameter of the pump body by 20-40 mm, that is, the annular gap between the maximum diameter of the pump body and the well wall should be 10-20 mm, so as to prolong the service life of the well and the deep well submersible pump.
3. When purchasing a submersible pump, determine the flow head. If the minimum, normal and maximum flow rates have been given in the production process, they should be considered according to the maximum flow rate. If only the normal flow rate is given in the production process, a certain margin should be considered. For the large flow rate of ns > 100 and the low flow rate, the flow margin of the head pump should be 5%. For the flow margin of the small flow high head pump with ns > 50, the flow margin should be 10%. The flow margin of pumps with low quality and poor operating conditions should be 10%. If the basic data only gives weight flow, it should be converted into volume flow.
